SHIPPING POLICY
We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions)! Once your order is placed, our team gets to work.

- Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50! Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after it ships.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We stand fiercely behind the quality of our bold activewear, hoodies, leggings, and apparel. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got a simple process to make it right.
- Return & Exchange Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

- Wait for Approval: Our customer service crew will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the unworn, unwashed item with its original tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship it to the address we provide. Please Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
To be eligible, items must be:
- In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- In the original packaging if possible.
FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items. All sales on these are final.

REFUND TIMELINES & METHODS
- Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Method: Refunds are processed via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank may take additional time to post it to your account.
- Exchanges: We will ship the new item as soon as the return is processed. Standard or free shipping rates apply based on the new order value.
- Original Shipping Costs: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.
