Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the unworn, unwashed item with its original tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • In the original packaging if possible.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • BODY & Bodysuits: Due to their intimate nature.
  • Face Masks: For obvious health and safety concerns.
  • Socks: For hygiene reasons.
All sales on these final sale items are final.

Refund Timelines and Methods

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the return is processed. Standard or free shipping rates will apply based on your new order value.
  • Original Shipping Costs: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item sent to you.
